Aston Villa Are Jekyll & Hyde
Its hard to predict which Aston Villa are going to turn up on match day’s this season. Just when you think there is some sun light and Villa get a good result with a performance thrown in i.e. Liverpool away, WBA home, Chelsea home then Mr Hyde comes out to play and you think to yourself, who is this side especially after the kicking we got form Stoke.
Schizophrenia is a recognised medical condition, playing good occasionally then playing rubbish the next isn’t. There has to be reason why we are so inconsistent and for me its the manager Paul Lambert.
I’m sorry but I’m not calling for the manager to be sacked yet, all I’m saying is he’s the top man, The General, he picks the side, he sets out the formation and tactics for Villa to play and for me the manager reflects the way Villa perform.
So can Aston Villa tomorrow against Manchester Utd, well, anything is possible, especially for the crazy Jekyll & Hyde world that is Aston Villa. UTV
