The Diva Younes Belhanda
For some time now Aston Villa have been linked with the footballer Younes Belhanda. I’d never heard of this player before until he became a possible target for The Villa and various clubs across Europe. But with a little look on YouTube, you can get to see what this football player is like, if you can judge a player buy video.
You can see why a lot of The Villa Faithful got excited about this kid as he looks strong and skilful on the ball with what seemed to be a good eye for goal.
But does Belhanda fall into the Paul Lambert profile of young hungry footballer. Yes he’s young, but is he hungry? I don’t think he is, with reports like, “Younes Belhanda is set to reveal where he will be playing his football next season” Really!! reports like this will make him look like a pretentious git to some Villa Fans and maybe even Paul Lambert. That’s if all the reports are to be believed that we are interested in him in the first place.
So what you’ve seen or heard of him. Would he be good acquisition for Aston Villa with all his Diva like qualities?
I don’t belive the transfer rumours that we a still in for him. Maybe we did have an interest in him when the stories first surfaced. But I think the way he’s carried on lately by saying, ill makes my dission soon which club ill go to, wont go down well with PL. could you imagine a player like him after 1, lets say, really good year at villa, and then all the off season talk of wether he’ll stay or go next season. We’ve got it now with Benteke but it would be worse with Belhanda. So no I would have him at our club.
