Nothing Surprises Me In Football
Well, one thing would surprise me and thats Randy Lerner sacking Paul Lambert and then selling the club, that would surprise me and it would also be a dream come true.
Norwich Sack Hughton
Again why should we be surprised at Norwich’s decision to sack Hughton? Like I said in a tweet earlier, “Chris Hughton sacked by Norwich City. So what!!! I wouldn’t loose a wink of sleep if Lerner sacked Lambert then sold the club right now”. Look, Hughton might be a very nice man, charming and everything else, but we’ve got problems at Villa, and even though Apathy has set in for me about Villa’s situation, I’m just not bothered about any other manager loosing their job right now.
It just surprises me that people are actually surprised when a manager looses their job, no matter what part of the season we’re in. Things like this have been going on for years in football, remember Brian Clough short tenure at Leeds United. People would actually be dropping down dead if the same thing happened today judging by the reaction on social media.
