Aston Villa Are Now Deep In The ****

Villa shitI don’t know about you, but when I saw the starting line up for today’s match, it didn’t fill me with much confidence for a draw, let alone a win. I was driving to Villa Park thinking what kind of formation we was going to play, it turned out to be a 3-5-2 formation; but after watching that load of rubbish, it wouldn’t have mattered which formation we would have played today, we would have still lost.

I personally think that leaving Carles Gil out of the Villa Starting line up today was a bad move. Villa’s best performance this season came in the first half against Leicester City, which Carles Gil was a part of!!! I can’t understand why Sherwood is leaving him out of the starting line up!!! It was quite evident to me, that when he came on for the last fifteen minutes or so, we improved, but it was too late!!!

Consequently, if any player underperforms, you would hope that the manager would sub them, right? So why on earth wasn’t Ashley Westwood and Scott Sinclair taken off sooner? Sinclair hasn’t been playing his best football lately and Ashley Westwood, well I don’t really know. This manager is paid big bucks to make critical decisions in times of extreme pressure and unfortunately for me, he’s failing badly.

I wrote a post last week that Aston Villa Are In Spot OF Bother, well, a friend of mine has just text me to say that I ought to write a post entitled, Aston Villa Are Now Deep In The ****, I don’t disagree with him, it’s worrying. I don’t know what the answer is at the moment, maybe you can tell me. UTV

  1. Hello , hello …..er ……….em ……I’m looking for Aston villa ……er does anybody know where I can find them because Tim sherwod certainly doesn’t ,he is now saying he still doesn’t know his best team and that the team is not fit enough .
So all the double training sessions have accomplished ….we’ll nothing .

We are in a dog fight far worse than the one we was in last year ,Tim has now become the proud owner of villa worst start to a season in prem history ,he is starting to clutch at straws by blaming the fitness levels of the player ,it’s you Timmy me lad that is to blame y,,by you’re own admission you don’t know your best team or formation to use ,you came in all guns blazing but you will be going out with a whimper just like so many before you …….

You should have learnt your trade at a smaller club in a lesser league where you could have honed your skills but alas your just to big of a man and a manager to lower yourself to that level .

I think it’s time to invite David moyes to lunch , maybe just maybe he might see villa as a good opertunity to come back into the prem …

  2. There’s a strange sensation of doom and gloom around Villa park and for good reason, this manager is clueless. I sat at Villa today and really could not associate with any game plan or team understanding from one player to another. Its the lack of direction that worries me the most. A side can loose a game or have a bad run but at least look as though improvements are being made, currently, Villa look and play like a team who are already relegated. It was such a disjointed performance that you can’t point the finger at one or two individuals. Under Lambert we did the same, no progress from week to week, no lessons learned. I predicted that we could find ourselves 10 points adrift within the next few games and that is looking likely. I heard Sherwood say that we are missing a fast, flare player. Is he now relying on Adama Traore, a player that Sherwood said would not heavily feature! It’s a mess, relegation is beckoning.

  3. I have said this for weeks, Tottenham fans were glad to see the back of him for good reason. His tactics are appalling, he does not have a clue and then says the team are not fit. Yet this was the man who said give me a pre season to judge me. Well my judgement is he is sh–e so please Villa management get rid before we are too far behind the rest.

  4. Ive never seen anything so funny. Tim Sherwood is doing a great job so keep it up. His tactics are spot on and we will finally see you get relegated after all the times you have scraped thru before so its only matter before your luck runs out.

  5. It’s time to make a change and quick !!! Big Sam is available, so if we hurry up and get him in at the Villa before Sunderland come in for him, then our season could be saved !!! It’s gonna be heart ache all the way with Tactical Tim !!! The job is just a bit beyond Tim.

  6. I’m not surprised the trouble we’re in as a club. 5 years of fighting relegation doesn’t help, under investment didn’t help, picking shit managers didn’t help finally we’re going down. Don’t think anyone could stop us from going down. Shit times continue.

  7. We’re now 4 points adrift from west bromin 17th. In the relegation zone and we need teams above us to lose and we have to win 2 to possibly get out it. Sherwood has real tuff job to get us out the shit and he doesn’t have the experience in in his locker. I think unless we get Allardyce in we’re doomed for the championship.

  8. Why Allardyce, could Pearson not be the answer. Once he sorted the defence Leicester played attacking football with pace to win games. He also brought Leicester up so if we are relegated he has the experience.
Paul Davis sod off, this is a Villa site, if you are a bluenose just remember we are poor but still beat you and comfortably second half.

  9. The answer is to get rid!!! You’ve got a manager on the bench with no experience what so ever on how to get us out this mess!!! And what about uncle fester as an assistant manager, I wonder how long before he does an Keane on us? There’s a manager out there with tons of experience in Big Sam Allardyce, sitting there doing a bit of football punditry when he could be saving our sorry asses from the drop!!! Unless we make a change and get big Sam in, then the unthinkable that we’ve been avoiding for the last four years will happen!!!

So my answer is, if you haven’t already worked it out is, Sack Tim Allardyce in!!!

  10. It pains me to say it but even Paul Lambert could return and do a better job than Sherwood right now! Don’t get me wrong I don’t want him but the names above – Big Sam and David Moyes would do a decent job to steady a sinking ship. The Villa Board have to act quick though and with an international break NOW is the time to act. Chelsea next ………….
