West Ham got exactly what they deserved today, nothing!!! It’s always nervy when you’re an Aston Villa fan and you’re trying to see out the game when you’ve only got one goal to your name. Too many times in the past Villa have conceded late goals when the opposition deserved nothing, which is why matches like this cause me more stress when we’re only one up with only a few minutes to go. It’s hard not to feel like that when it’s ingrained in you.
But it’s so nice to know that the West Ham fans have been sent down to the Smoke with nothing!!! They are the second most whingiest fans behind Tottenham, but they are on a par with Newcastle as the most deluded and unreasonable fans in world football. ‘Never Satisfied’ West Ham and Newcastle fans are two peas in one pod, and that’s the truth!!!
Aston Villa was outstanding today and West Ham was lucky we didn’t score more goals against them in the first half. With the whole Villa outfit revitalised under Sherwood, I back Villa to win our remaining matches. Grealish and Tom Cleverley have been outstanding since Tim arrived at our club; this was seen today, when Jack superbly set up our one and only winning goal for Mr Tom Cleverley to score.
For me, Cleverley was my Man Of The Match today with Jack not far behind. But I’d like to give some praise to Ashley Westwood and Leandro Bacuna. Like Cleverley, these two guys have stepped up to the plate under Sherwood and they’ve both delivered. I’m a Hutton fan, but he’s going to find it hard to get his place back against Bacuna if he continues with his outstanding form, and Westwood is one of the first names on the team sheet along with the outstanding Delph and Benteke.
Right, I’m off to the fridge to crack open my first bottle of Bud!!! The beer is going to taste extra sweet tonight, Cheers Every One!!! UTV

Upton park capacity 35k, west ham average attendance 35k. Villa park capacity 42k, villa’s average attendance 33k. So no you wouldn’t fill upton park. Why do you think we are moving to a new 56k stadium???? Because upton park is far to small for us and we have 64k on the season ticket waiting list.

I do love it when other fans say we’re never satisfied haha we’ve only won 3 games in our last 19 but because the majority hate Sam because we’re sh*t at times (as proved today especially the first half as you could probably tell) but because we moan about it, it makes us the second most “whingiest” leave off mate, you’d moan if you had to watch that shower of sh*te each week … as you probably did whilst having Lambert in charge!
On the different note though you boys deserved it today, Sherwood has done a fantastic job personally would like a manager that shows the passion he does! You’ll be lucky to hold on too Benteke next season but that Jack Grealish looks a real talent!
