It’s Apathy For Me

Aston-Villa-vs-FulhamIt’s Apathy For Me

I’m sorry that I have to say this but it’s true, I really don’t give a Shit (and yes I’m also a hypocrite too) at the moment. There is only so much you say about our current situation before you start to do your own head in. We’ve had 3 years of this and I’ve said almost everything you can think of to describe what every Villa fan has had to put up with.

Go over my past posts if you wish and you can see how I’ve come to this current state I’m in. Wether your pro Lerner, Lambert and Faulkner or you go the other way, man it’s exhausting for both sides and I really take my hat off to fans who are currently pro the muppets, it must be hard for you to stay optimistic all the time.

Progress, Project, Plan, Stats and any other description you want to use to judge what we are or are to become. In the olden days we used our eyes to see where we were at. So I don’t need a stat or someone to tell me that I need to be happy because we might be a point better of this time last season.

Owners don’t grow on trees, I know this but if they did I wish Randy Lerner would sell the club to someone who would like the challenge of making us a big club, someone who would talk to us once in while to keep us a little bit in the picture and not totally in the dark.

Paul Lambert I’m sorry needs to go to. He just hasn’t got it for me. I gave him a chance all last season and most of this one and for me, he’s just a Tactical Numpty, so please go Paul, Oh yeah, you can take Faulkner to.

I’ve already bought my season ticket for me and my son for next season and I really don’t care if I have to watch Villa in the Championship or Premier. Its simple for me, if we can only exist and continue the way we are then I don’t care what league we’re in, I’m just not going to let the stress of relegation get to me like it has done in the past. So, as long as The Muppets are here, then thats what we are going to get season after season, so why stress.

The Match

And just a little thought on todays match against Fulham, I was quite entertained. Two evenly matched poor sides slogging it out, and yes we lost, no change there. I wanted Nicklas Helenius to start the match for the injured Benteke but we got Grant Holt instead, but to be fair, he had a decent game, he held up the ball well, put himself about and even scored a goal, so fair play to the fellow. Joe bennett played well again and Matty Lowton made an amazing last ditch sliding save to keep the score at 1-1 at that moment in the match.

So leave a comment if you wish, it would be interesting to know your thoughts at this moment it time. UTV
