It’s An Away Win For Villa Tomorrow Night At Bristol City

Other than the first game of this season, I feel pretty good about our chances tomorrow night when we visit Bristol City. It’s amazing what a win can do for the confidence of the fans, and I’m sure it’s like a shot in the arm for the players and especially the manager, it’s something we all needed.

Ok, one of those wins came in the League Cup, and most of the players in the starting line-up were not in the side that beat Norwich, but the win on Saturday afternoon seems to have motivated the whole squad, and that was evident in Tuesday night’s performance.

Do I think we’re going to win tomorrow night? Well, the law of averages says we’ve a very good chance, as our away form has just been the pits forever, but the law of winning two games and scoring eight goals is a better gauge of what the outcome could be.

I can’t wait for tomorrow night’s game; the Villa fans that I’ve spoken to are in good spirits, everyone’s confidence is high. So yes, we’re going to get a good result tomorrow, yes, the kids that Steve Bruce puts in the starting line-up are going to play very well and impress, It feels like a win to me. UTV

  1. it will be interesting to see how we get on against a decent team as opposed to the weak sides we got 8 goals against.

and will bruce pick his good young guns?

  2. I think it will be a tough match for us but a result is possible and will move us up the table, confidence is high and if we play with the same intensity we can do it, on a personal note I would Ike to see Hogan and Davis playing I think it would be a good partnership.
