Aston Villa’s Huge Problem

road-to-nowhereI’ve only just come down from last Saturdays defeat against Leicester. The trip to the King Power stadium was one of fear, fear that we would get beat, and then get drawn into a relegation battle. I mean, how can any sane person predict a win for the Villa now, we’ve only scored 11 goals in our last 21 league outings. With 17 games remaining in the Premiership for the Villa, and if our current goal scoring ratio continues at the same rate, then that means we can only look forward to 8 or 9 more goals for the rest of this season, disgraceful!!!

Joey Barton was on BBC 5 live this Sunday gone; he thought that Lambert was doing an exceptional job at the Villa, really. Barton, like many other sports pundits can’t be paying real attention as to what has been going on over the last 3 years at our club, because if they had, they then should know that Lambert has had money to spend, but we continue to play like a side that has relegation written all over it. It’s like we’re totally on our own with what we’re going through; no one outside the midlands can see the severe shortcomings of this manager, no one except for us.

But Aston Villa have a problem, and it’s a very depressing one; it’s depressing to know that the owner will not make big decisions that are crucial to the well-being of Aston Villa Football Club. I don’t need to tell you the unwanted records that Lambert has broken, you already know them, and he’s still in a flipping job, crazy!!! Randy Lerner is supposed to be a fan, but he can’t be; he’s a stay away owner, he never comes to Villa Park!!! So, is he relying on people telling him that everything is all right? No, I say; the reality is, he’s an oddball, 4 Flipping Year Contracts!!! My God We’re In A Pickle!!!

Now Lambert is saying: “The expectancy levels outweigh the realism.” Thanks for that Paul; my expectancy levels crashed through the floor ages ago. For me or any other Villa fan to expect more than 8 or 9 goals for the remainder of this season, is now unrealistic, and how many wins am I supposed to expect? My expectations, they can’t get any lower, it’s impossible.

  1. We are told we are hurting the players feelings, well on their money I dont feel sorry for any one of them or the so called manager, its obvious there is no structure or discipline with the players, as this will be our third fine for the behaviour of our players on the pitch, for goodness sake its an embarrassment being a villa fan its a complete shambles! Getting sick of it now how much longer are we expected to endure this! Never thought relegation would raise its ugly head again ! Will someone please sort this out, dont pay the players for a week that will shock them they dont deserve it at the moment at all grrrrrr will they be happy when all eleven players get a red card could be another record!

  2. im worried about tomorrow,, what ever happens we need to really get behind the team

and we may nick a result tomorrow, we should have more space

and asking for lambert to have more time leaves a bad taste in the mouth
